garmin 935 pace/speed while running not working anymore

hi,

since last week my 935 isn showing anymore my pace and speed while running. it s very weird …distance looks fine but not more pace/speed just -:—-

any help would be appreciated

Have you already tried to restart the device?
Also try a PC synchronization

I just have had the same problem. Restart does not help.

Have you connected any external running sensors such as a foot pod or any device that supports running dynamics? If the sensor isn't working then you might not get accurate pace.
