Forerunner 935 Pace Issue

Hi all. I have a new 935 but experiencing issue with the Pace indicator while running.

I run at 4:00 mins per km, however the instant pace indicator is constantly changing regularly shows me running between 1:30 and 2:30 per km. Also cadence is showing at least double my normal at 360 spm.

I've checked the settings and everything is in kmph. Am I missing something? Do I need to change something in the settings?

I too have found Pace indicator (instant pace) to be very unreliable (constantly changing when running speed is constant on flat terrain). I wonder if there is a better setting? Lap Pace? So it averages current lap? Anyone have thoughts on this?
