"GPS Ready" alert On indoor activity (GPS turned off)

Is anybody else having the "GPS Ready" alert showing up even though you are completing an indoor activity or activity that has the GPS turned off? I'm on 20.00 version.

Just goes to show, sometimes you just have to hit the power button. Did a restart and all is well!!! Go figure!!
