This year I began to swim in the lake with my 935xt (sw 19.10) at the begin of june and I notice a real bad track in comparison with last year. I wrote to the italian Garmin assistance and they told me that this is a well known international "case" and it's not necessary send for assistance but only wait for a software update.
Some weeks ago I obtained the new 20.00 software release but I still experience the same problem...
I ask myself how can Garmin wait so much to resolve this bad problem? This year due to Covid there are no races but I would like to have a good track of my activities (run and bike are good).
Wat are you expecting for? I always dressed a Garmin device (and I have an Edge 520 too) but I this is the attention for your customers I look for another brand.
