Forerunner for Cycling using iPhone as a screen?

I'm normally a backpacker and a runner, but I've started to take up cycling on my non running days during training season, and I thought it would be nice to be able to see the data I see on my 935 in an easier to read location like on the handlebar. Is there a way to use Garmin Connect and my iPhone mounted to my handlebar to view this data in (near) real time? My other option would be to get a cheap Garmin cycling computer but that seems stupid since my Forerunner 935 can do those things already. Thank you for your help!

Suunto had that option on their watches, but I haven't found it on Garmin/

I always find a smartphone on my bike a bit clumsy. You cannot use the wrist heart rate in this way af course (but that doesn't work for my anyway)
