Heart Beat source on a FIT file or Garmin connect Workout

Is a way to verify on Garmin Connect or on the original FIT sul of 935 if a workout has heart beat from internal strap or from a paired chest strap ?

Hi Fabio,
I don't know if it could be read in GC/GCM but it's stored in .fit file.
Tools like http://fitfilerepairtool.info/ can read it and show the source of each measure.

What sort of strap is it? If it (HRM Tri for example) provides the extra metrics like vertical ratio etc, and they're there, chances are it's also getting the HR from the strap.

I don't know if anything specifically is written to the fit file.
