Consistent treadmill pace issues and can't input correct distance when calibrating

As of late with my Garmin Forerunner 935 I've been having issues with my pace logging less than half of what it actually is, even after calibrating after a treadmill run the day(s) prior. This is a new development with my 935, I never had this issue until a week or two ago, I don't know what has changed. Also, after a treadmill run I can't always select the correct distance because the miles selection only goes 1-4 and the tenths and hundredths only go from 1-7, the ranges that I can select aren't always the same, those are just examples from what I could select after my run yesterday. I have tried restoring the treadmill defaults but I'm still having the same problem.

I've been having the same issue. It's been several updates later and nothing. I'm thinking Garmin doesn't care about the 935 anymore.

New beta firmware with some fix for treadMill

Same major issue here. I calibrate the watch after a mile run, and then run the exact same mile again at the same pace, and it is almost 0.4 off in just a mile! Last night I did interval runs and I almost hit 2 miles before the watch hit one. I get treadmills aren't perfect, but this is a brand new one, and I am calibrating every single run, just to have it immediately off almost a 1/2 mile per mile. How do I find the beta firmware that is mentioned? I'll try anything, thanks!

I did do the beta firmware. The 935 worked on the treadmill twice. Ran outside last week. Today the same old issue with treadmill. No pace This really is frustrating for a top of the line watch. Garmin support has been ok yet slow to really admit the 935 has a flaw and I feel should replace the watch. They did once I give them credit for that yet new one same issues. Frustrating

I did the firmware above. Ran 1 mile at a 8:34 pace. The garmin 935 showed me at a 0.70. I calibrated it and ran the next mile. It was a 9:13 pace, and the watch showed 0.74 miles. So still a quarter mile off. Could the run Pod be screwing it up this bad? Should I replace the battery in it? It seems fine running outdoors, I dont think it could be a bad battery, but I am open to any suggestions. Its frustrating to run 5 miles and in the end your watch thinks you have ran 4 miles.
