Corrupt FIT-file from multisport (triathlon) today. Can anyone fix?

I did try some free tools online first, but no luck :-(

File is from my first Ironman today.

congratulations with your first triathlon

one corrupt data record removed at around 61.24km

downloaded swim hr data also corrupt and 99% lost

downloaded swim hr data removed so you can re-download it again from your hrm-tri if you want
