[FIXED] Bluetooth audio connection issues during a run

Anyone else loosing the connection with BT headphones during a run?

For my last 2 runs it was fine for ~15 minutes and then the connection got dropped and reconnecting usually lasts for only 1-2 minutes until the connection is lost again.

Headphones: Jaybird Vista (Worked fine with my 245 Music)
Firmware: 3.00

I had no issues at home when playing music for 1 hour with and without a activity.

Update: No issues so far using V 3.2.0. Thanks a lot for the update!

When you are running outside the bluetooth signal does not have any walls to bounce off, so the signal is weaker.

If your headphones and watch both have bluetooth v5 there should not be any problems since the bluetooth range is better with bluetooth v5.

As far as I can see your headphones have bluetooth v5.

Unfortunately it is not clear what version of bluetooth Garmin is using in their watches.

Hopefully the 745 is using bluetooth v5.

I'll just have to hope that a upcoming update will improve the stability.

The FR 745 indeed has BT 5.0 according to launchstudio.bluetooth.com/.../92814

Former Member has your watch taken on the 3.10 software update and if so have you had the ability to test yet?

Thanks for asking. I had to take a break from running but I hope that I can test it this weekend or next week.
