GPS in Forerunner 735xt not working

Hi,

The GPS in my Forerunner 735xt is not working and as a result, the date and time are incorrect.

I've reset the watch system to Default, have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and have unpaired and paired the device but to no avail.

Would appreciate any advice on the above.

If the GPS is not working at all, and you are sure it is not because of the selected Power Mode, or because of having enabled the Battery Saver, then I suggest contacting the Support. A replacement may be needed. You could also try the master reset to factory defaults, if you do not mind having to reconfigure everything from the scratch.
