Recently my WIndows 10 fails to wake up after Sleep. When I do a reboot or full restart to get get going again I get an error saying that express.exe is keeping Windows from shutting down. A Google search shows this is a Garmin file and a prevalent issue. Anyone here had this problem? Comments.
