After charging my Forerunner now displays the incorrect time. I've determined that it is unable to pick up a GPS signal. I have synced with phone and computer and software is "up to date" according to those entities. Information is as follows:

What other information do I need?
I've read that I need to downgrade and then re-upgrade the device software, but I'm not sure where to location the software files on my computer (I typically update via Connect app anyway, so they're probably not there.) Where do I find the device software download files?
