Why is my watch running ten minutes fast?

Hello,

I've tried everything from resetting, swiching on/off bluetooth and my Garmin continues to run 10 minutes fast. Why?

Can you help me fix this?

Have you stood outside and started an activity and wait for a gps lock

Check that the Time on Your Phone is Correct.

Phone Time can Sync to Watch.

First, make sure your time is set to "Auto". Then go outside, and get a GPS fix.
