Problem with installati on ver. 9.80

Sorry for my poor English.

On my Forerunner 735xt I installed, few days ago, the upgrade SW.

After the upgrade, my Forerunner doesn't work sell.

Only English language, no calendari, no training, clock is not ok.

Please, help me

    Clock and date need to be set by turning on an activity outside and acquire GPS. Language is set in <settings<system<Language. You can also change settings in Garmin Connect and add a calendar widget, training effects, etc.

    Thanks for your answer ….. but I have only English Language. 

    On Forerunner, when I select Menu - Training - Training Calendar I receive the message "Download your training calendarfrom Garmin Connect".

    Well  before this upgrade software, I haven't this problem

    If you press the select button to show English, you should be able to scroll to other languages. However, for both issues it may the sw upgrade may have changed the settings to Garmin Connect override watch settings, so you may need to change your settings there and then sync.
