Forerunner 735XT brand new not starting after update

Hello,

I just got my watch yesterday night (as I lost my 235...) and this morning it restarted for some reason and can't seem to pass the Garmin screen, it just turns off. I tried pressing and holding the down button to get to the service menu, but it doesn't seem to work either...

Any ideas?

You may try a master reset, but most likely it won't help.

if not, then you can't fix it yourself. Contact garmin support. If the watch is still within warranty period, you will get a replacement. If not, then perhaps you will be offered a discounted refurb.

Oh, and you did charge the battery, didn't you?
