GPS signal suddenly not working:(

Hello everyone!
I’ve been using my Garmin 735xt for about 2 years now, not having any particular problems with it.
Well, today the GPS somewhat cracked and I’m not sure what to do.
Yesterday everything worked fine, GPS signal was found in about 10 seconds after starting an activity, while today it is unable to connect even after few minutes. I decided to start short ride anyway, hoping it’s gonna eventually connect, but during 30min of activity nothing happened and I had “0km ride with avg 0km/h”Upside down
Tried turning it off and on, having reset(the one with holding power button for 15s) and connecting to Garmin Connect but it’s not working Disappointed
Any suggestions?

*I have 9.80 version with 3.30 gps

    You could try connecting using Garmin Express, although GC should have resolved it if connection was successful.

    Tried connecting it with Garmin Express, still nothingDisappointed later on did one more soft then hard reset, still nothing, I’ll probably have to contact with support but the warranty is gone anyways, so probably I’ll have to get myself a new oneAngry

    It turned that bad within a day uhh

    That stinks. Some people have reported luck with deleting the existing satellite location file and then conecting to GE or GC. Search the forum or contact support. If nothing else they will offer you a deeply discounted refurb or a discount on another model (at least in the US). Good luck..

    I've been suffering with terrible GPS signal ever since the update to 9.8.  Anyone know how to downgrade to pre-9.6 software of can they recommend another brand or watch?  I'm getting sick of Garmin's poor quality software releases.

    Hello, I updated my 735xt to the V9.80 version a couple of days ago and since then it no longer receives a GPS signal ... and if it does, it immediately loses it, the technical service does not give me a solution because it is no longer under warranty .
    I have reset it with hard reset, connected in garmin express etc and there is no way ...
    Anyone else has happened?

    yep same for me my watch now has no gps connection and shows 0.00 gps . tried resets deleting remotesw files re syncing nothing works

    If the GPS chipset firmware version is 0.00 it means that the GPS firmware upgrade process has likely failed. Suggest connecting to USB cable and  syncing with Garmin Express. If still no joy, suggest a master reset

    well moving on still no gps on run this morning . i tried using the webupdater to reinstall the software , managed to get the gps back to 3.30 but guess what still not connecting to the gps and after a another reset the gps is back to 0.00 . looks like the watch is a tiny paperweight now until Garmin can be bothered to fix this . i have sent them an email regarding this last week still no reply
