Crash all the time - even the simple activity

Hi,

I saw there are tons of post on the watch crashing, but is there any solution to solve it?
I tried to disconnect the bluetooth, and just do a simple run without any specification, and 10 minutes in the activity it crashed... i tried a indoor run again no specific setting , just pushed play and 15min. in it creashed... i didn't do one run without it creashed... i'm so desapointed.

I verifiy that it was up to date, and reduce all the widget, app on it...

Your help would be appreciated

If a hard reset does not help, then your watch is broken and needs to be replaced.

Hi, thanks for the reply. So the hard reset did nothing... when you say needs to be replaced , is garmin will replace it or I need to buy a new one? I don’t even had that watch for 2 months ;(

Contact Garmin support. They'll tell you how to proceed. If your watch is covered by warranty, then it should be replaced by Garmin free of charge. If it's outside warranty, then perhaps you will be offered a discounted replacement watch.
