Health Status Not Calibrating

Issue Summary

İ have been using the Forerunner 70 for more than a month, and all data is calibrated(HRV baseline, Training Readiness), but the Health Status reading still shows "waiting" with all the data unavialable in the measurements. I don't know what the issue is, and it has not changed since I bought the device.

I've enabled the Sleep Only Pulse Ox for 2 weeks exactly, and yet other stats like HRV, Respiration and Heart Rate all still show "Waiting" status.

4863843 That's okay with leaving it for Sleep only, has this setting been On for about 3-4 weeks? If so, please let me know and I can look at getting a ticket going to see why it might not be generating for you!

Forerunner 70 Running Alerts auto adjusting

I recently bought the Garmin Forerunner 70, for a general run I use the Alerts settings to set a fast and slow alert. I want to be able to set these 15 seconds apart. e.g. 5:00 per km and 5:15 per km but whenever I do this they auto adjust to be 30 seconds apart. I used to be able to do this on my old Garmin vivoactive 3 can I really not do it on the newer model?

I've turned on the Pulse Ox On for sleep only. Should I be enabling it for the entire day?

4863843 Interrupted sleep with getting up to go to the bathroom/getting water can cause sleep to stop tracking. This can happen because of your heart rate rising outside of your normal sleeping rhythm and/or if you gather a large enough step count that can also cause the watch to think that you are awake for the day. You can place the watch for a nap to track the rest of your sleep if you get up in the middle of the night.

Sleep Stages Not Being Recorded Correctly

Issue Summary

The sleep tracking algorithm completely wipes the first 2–3 hours of sleep data if I wake up briefly (5–10 minutes for a glass of water or bathroom break) early in the night, specifically between midnight and 3:00 AM. Instead of logging this as a brief awake period within a continuous sleep session, the watch treats the wake-up as the start of my sleep, entirely deleting everything recorded prior to it.

Incorrect Elevation Data when Pushing Garmin Connect to Strava

I know the Forerunner 70 does not have a barometric altimeter, but I don't know the exact issue here - when uploading runs directly from Garmin to Strava (using the automatic data push, not by manually adding files), the elevation data registered by Strava ends up 2-3x higher than it should be. For example, a recent run should have registered about ~170' total, but the Strava run, without correction, registered something around 400'. This is happening every time.

I also have a Garmin Forerunner 170 Music (which does have a barometric altimeter) and that watch does not have this issue, so I don't believe it related to this generation of watches.

Manually overriding the elevation via Strava, when available, fixes the issue, but is a pain to do on every single run.

Any tips? Is this something Garmin can fix in an upcoming update?

System version (firmware) 9.xx is not the same like FR970/570/VenuX1/Venu4/VA6, which all run on 17.xx
SOC performance should be the same, because Garmin use the same hardware component since 2021 for 95% of their watches

Garmin Run Coach - Training Plan Not Showing After Benchmark Run

I purchased a FR70 for my wife. She has completed the Benchmark run multiples times with Garmin Run Coach. She had the training plan show up and was following it for a few days - maybe 1 week with good run activities saved. However, after one week, all of a sudden, the future activities disappeared from the training plan. The only activity visible on Garmin Coach is a Benchmark run again. This situation is frustrating because she has been consistent with her training. Why does the Run Coach appear to reset on her watch/Connect app? I wear a FR570 and I do not have this issue.
