Bought my wife this watch. It will randomly freeze while playing music once the song ends. We tried with playlist, without playlist, different headphones, factory reset and reloaded music, nothing helps. It doesn’t happen on the same song. When the music freezes, the running function still works. the watch has to be power cycled to get the music to work again. I read a few old post about this issue but has anyone found a solution? Worked with farming support and they didn’t have any solution.
