Floors climbed

Hi all/Garmin,

I have problem on FR645. I'm going to my work every day same way and I get 3 to 4 floors climbed which is right. But twice for a week or more, I get only 1 floor climbed. Even sometimes the watch stops counting floors at all and I have to restart them. Has someone similar problem?

A floor is +- 3 m

68 floors are +- 198 m

I work in an office on the 9th floor and most of the time my watch will count almost all of them, but sometimes it counts no floors at all. So.. this seems to be ‘normal’.

Floor climbed is broken again... Just ran 12km with 195m of elevation gain and at my GCM is showing 68 floors climbed :P

Well then excuse my ignorance, but in my opinion it should count stairs up and down and not count the altimetry of an activity ... If they understand that this counts as floors climbed then here is my excuses ...

I figured out, that maybe a possible solution is to enter to activity (not start) and wait for GPS. Then exit, Now it seemes, that the floors climbed is correct. Maybe it's because I don't youse gps for few weeks.
