Lactate Threshold Calculation

I have a 630 and I’m trying to learn how to get the best use of its features.

It has calculated my Lactate Threshold at 159bpm...

I recently ran a 4 mile race and my average HR was 165 and I finished in 32 minutes...165 bpm is 91% of my max heart rate. I thought that running past my lactate threshold would cause me to become very fatigued after only a few minutes, yet a ran the race for 32 minutes at avg165bpm.

Does this sound correct? I’m thinking my lactate threshold should be higher?

would love to hear from runners who have a good feel for this number...
