Error on installing Firmware 6.20 via Garmin Express

Dear all,

I have connected my FR 645M with USB to Garmin Express last week to check for the updates. However, it showed me there were 4 new updates released. One of the update is the new firmware version 6.20. When I clicked the "Install all", after a while, it showed me that "There was an error installing the update on Forerunner 645M".

I have power off the Garmin watch and computer and restart it. Also, I have checked the Garmin Express is updated to latest version. But still have the same error while installing.

Can anyone tell me what can I do? Can I manually install 6.20 into the FR 645M.

Currently the firmware version of FR 645M is 5.90.

Make sure you have enough space on the watch as I found it doesn't delete old activities when it's running short of space. I've a calendar reminder to empty the activities folder at the start of every month.

Thanks for your suggestion.

Checked that I have only used 15% of the whole space. I think it should be enough space to save the patches.

Connect with Garmin Express, there is an icon for music, Click-in and can see how much space occupied.

Mine is the Non Music version.

(So should have enough space anyway !?!).

Same issue. Brand new watch, bought today and can<t install update nor sync.
