Forerunner 630: GPS going crazy after latest update (7.90)

I have been using my FR630 for 4 years, and never, never, had something like that happening. The GPS is just totally crazy after the latest update, on a 8Km run, it's off by >1.3Km. Am I the only one having that issue? I don't like the coincidence of a new and unexpected update of that old model, and then it becomes unusable... that's very suspicious.

Given that the 630 forum seems to be archived/deleted they might be better off asking in this forum after all :)

If I were in your shoes, I would revert back to the older firmware that seemed stable for you. Just remember to disable automatic software updates afterwards.
