Rest Heart Rate not working in 645 Music.

I have Garmin 645 Music and Rest Heart Rate not working. For the last few weeks, I don't have any rest heart rate. It is just blank when I am sitting or sleeping. Heart Rate function works okay when I am running although I think something is wrong with the zones. I have tried resetting several times and Activity Tracking is turned on. Anyone has any solution?

You may have to turn on Activity Tracking in Garmin Connect. (Sometimes the user settings go out of sync between the watch and web service.) I tried it. It is ON. It didn't help.

I'm trying to understand what you're seeing a little better. Are you not seeing any information on your all-day HR graph at all, or is the resting HR all that's missing? Or, are you referencing the widget on the device itself?

Any screenshots you're willing to provide or additional description will help us a lot.

Hi, I don't see my resting HR being monitored. I don't see any information at all. It is fine when I am running. I attach screenshots.

When you are looking at that HR widget, if you look under the device are the green lights on? It may be helpful to turn the OHR sensor off and back on in your system settings before checking again.
