645M - FW Update Freeze

Hi everyone,

My watch is currently on 5.7, never updated to 5.9, but now trying to get to 6.2.

I plugged it in as usual into my computer, but the update gets stuck on sync for hours. I left it on overnight, and still nothing.

What should I do?

When I had mine plugged in and launched Garmin Express, mine did the same thing.....started syncing and never came back. I unplugged my 645 from the laptop and the watch seemed to orient itself. Shortly thereafter, I was greeted by an install update message. From that point forward, things were normal.

I have tried that as well, but didn't change anything.

I can keep syncing with my computer, but Garmin express will never finish the syncing (even overnight)

I have tried to update via wifi as well, but that did not work either
