Garmin 645 Music firmware Version 5.7

Since, the latest version 5.7 of firmware update; the SW is not more stable.

Today during running, 1h 20 min ( Watch connected to headphones),

the watch loses the connection with heaphones at least 10 times, and the headphnes watch restarts 3 times!

This was not happening with the previous versions.

    Most likely that's the sawtooth elevation graph effect, the watch seems to think you're continually going up/down. My own record is 199 floors climbed in a 12k mostly flat run. Garmin replaced my watch once to try & fix this but replacement behaved exactly the same. They've offered to replace it again but I'm not going to bother as either it's a s/w bug or a design flaw based on the number of people who've reported it here.

    How do I install it on my watch once downloaded? 5.7 is killing me :-(
