Forerunner 645 Music widget is broken 4.0 firmware...

My Forerunner 645 ( not the Music version) has been automatically updated overnight to 4.00 2 days ago. An annoying issue emerged after only a few hours of use.

If you listen to music and you use the music widget to control the volume or play/pause/skip a track that plays on your phone for example, it will cause the watch to crash and reboot...I hope Garmin will fix this soon...it’s embarrassing that such a large bug was not found.

I’ve noticed the same issue. I wish we could “roll back” to previous FW.

hi I have the same issue, and tried hard reset, but it seems the music widget is not working (does crash and watch does restart) I have garmin 645 w/o music.

Same problem for me. Music widget was working fine prior to the v4.0 upgrade, now it's broken. I hope a fix is coming soon.

On the plus side, the problem with the sunrise/sunset app is now fixed. So it's not all bad.....
