• Place the GUPDATE.GCD file in the \GARMIN folder of your device's internal storage drive. Place the GUP3309.GCD file in the \GARMIN\RemoteSW folder of your device's internal storage drive.
• Disconnect your device from the computer, approve the update on the watch, and wait for the update to finish.

Thanks for the help, I installed the update, but it still doesn't work, the sensors still show 0.00.

bad news, it sounds like it's a hardware issue. You need to contact Garmin Support or your local reseller.

If the problem is the result of the OTA/Garmin Express update do not hesitate to charge Garmin for their responsabilities.
