Update Sensor Hub 19.04X & WHR 5.05.05

Sensor Hub was updated to 19.04X, whats new ?

WHR was downgraded from 5.05.06 to 5.05.05, why ?

Also some of us encountered strange behaviour after device stop/start, loss of settings, device not sync with the account even if always present, etc.
