I've been happy with my 5K training plans with Greg, this is my second one. However, after a 12 days stop due to COVID, my plan got a bit messed up, so I decided to remove some workouts, as I found them unfitting (the plan just added 3 or 4 easy runs and no intensity runs for the last week). I thought after voiding the coming workouts, my plan would auto-populate with new proper workouts, but it didn't, so my training plan from now on is just that: "void". I wonder if if my plan will re-start by itself at some point. Or should I just wait and add a few workouts myself in the meantime?
