Recently my forerunner 45 has started to show the triangle when i press the up button when on the main watch face. i can press down and go through the widgets with out a problem and press up to go back through the widgets to the main clock face. But if i press up from the main clock face i get the triangle. The App info says i a running version 4.50.0.29. not sure if that means the phone software or the app.
I have tried a hard reset and the factory reset where you press the top right and bottom right buttons still you get the beep. this has changed nothing.
Any ideas as this is kinda very annoying as it has been fine till the last few days.
