Which Garmin device?

Forerunner 45s

I've moved this thread to the Forerunner 45 forum. Something to try...

• Plug the watch into a computer
• Open the device hard drive
  • Windows: 
    
    • Open File Explorer
    • Click on This PC
    • Click on the Forerunner 45
  • Mac
    • Open Finder
    • Go to Computer
    • Click on the Garmin Drive
• Once in click on the Garmin Folder
• In the Garmin Folder delete the RemoteSW folder.
• Sync with Garmin Express
• Take the watch outside and let it sit for 20 minutes
• Start an outdoor activity (outdoor run, etc.)
