Heart Rate Zones and RHR

Hello friends,

Recently received a garmin forerunner 45.. snazzy. I used it for my first run the other day and it’s got me down as a good part of an hour being in zone 5. I was under the impression zone 5 was for sprinting sort of effort?

im 25, not massively fit but also but not unfit. Run 5k in about 24 minutes and 10k in just under 50. Is this normal to be put at this high zone for what was a relatively hard 13k but not my best by any means?

also, my resting heart rate regularly drops to 45ish when I’m just sat in bed doing nothing, is this a cause for concern? I have an irregular beat which gets exuberated when anxious.
