Incident Detection

This has triggered multiple times. Each time it stops my fitness tracking! I hate that. If I catch it right away, I can decline it and start a new track but what a pain.  Even when I do t catch it, my emergency contact has never been notified. Seems to happen frequently when I mountain bike. Not when I run. Can this be turned off or the sensitivity changed?

  • From p7 of the Fine Manual:

Turning Incident Detection On and Off

    • 1  From the watch face, hold UP.
    • 2  Select > Safety > Incident Detection.
    • 3  Select an activity.

I don't think you have any control over the sensitivity. I seem to remember reading somewhere that after you cancel it repeatedly it might learn to be less sensitive, but I can't find that in the manual and I don't have another reference.
