My training patterns has changed and the vivosport is no longer sufficient.
When at the gym I have to choose “cardio” for most training.
I do running belt (I can choose Run -No GPS, but have to change to running belt afterwards.
Eliptical, I choose cardio and change to elliptical afterwards
Indoor cycling, cardio-> indoor cycling
Indoor rowing, cardio -> indoor rowing
Strength I choose strength - all Ok
I would like to be able to choose the right type from the watch when starting.
So which types can I choose on a 45 ?
