Forerunner 45 Series SW 3.20 is now live

This update can be downloaded with Garmin Express or automatically with Garmin Connect Mobile.

Change Log 3.20

Improved Bluetooth performance.
Improved wrist heart rate performance.
Fixed an issue that could cause the backlight to stay on indefinitely on the Body Battery widget.
Fixed an issue that could prevent the correct distance from being saved after a calibrated treadmill activity.
General stability improvements.

After updating my Garmin Connect tells this:
- Software is up to date — Version 3.10.0.0
- Synced Saturday, Dec 14 at 1:29 PM
- Serial Number: XXXXXXXX
On the watch I see the same old version, including…

This is welcome, many thanks. Especially the heart rate performance improvements - my lunch treadmill session was giving some hilariously incorrect numbers until I restarted the watch

On the watch I see the same old version, including also old GPS firmware (2.3) and ANT/BLE (2.10).

Update: when I was sleeping the watch decided to update itself, this time for real.

How to update, last version is 3.10, and not alert any update on garmin express.

Optical HR still doesn't work when cycling. Work's fine when running however.
