PacePro Strategy feature not compatible with FR45?

I just created a PacePro Strategy for an upcoming 5K on Garmin Connect, building my route, goal time, split strategy, etc. The strategy then showed up on my Garmin Connect mobile app. I then clicked "send to device," only to find out that the FR45 is NOT COMPATIBLE with PacePro. How can this be? The FR45 is Garmin's latest dedicated running device, but yet doesn't support this feature? Seriously? Which Garmin running watches do?

Currently from 245 up. There is not much of difference between 245 and 45 so they just don't provide some features to 45 even if they could - company policy.

The FR45 is the ENTRY LEVEL running watch and lacks several features. Seriously. The FR245 is the FULL running watch (that has PacePro.) The 945 and Fenix 6 lineup are TRI watches (and more) that have all the features of the 245 also including PacePro.
