Data Fields Names

When I start an activity I can see only for once which are the names of the fields(pace/time/HR/....) When I want to see it later, because let say I forgot what field what it is, I can't see it. Does somebody know how to see it or I have to remember it ?

you can long press the left middle button to get/change the data field definition

Thanks for the helpful tip. I see that you can only do this as the workout is recording. If you stop or pause the workout, long-pressing that button only allows you access to widget settings.
