FIT file not syncing - possibly corrupt?

Hello,

The FIT file from a run I did this morning is not syncing with my Garmin Connect. However, the steps and other non-activity data from the run have synced. Also, manual attempts to sync via the GC website result in a "file type not supported" error. Is the FIT file possibly corrupt?

Sync your watch, backup the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder, then do a full master reset of your Forerunner 35 using these directions - Restoring All Default Settings
Perform a weekly cleanup of the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities to Free Up Space
Please report back here when you encounter corrupted files again
