Garmin Forerunner 35 dies in the pool?

Hey guys,

My Garmin Forerunner 35 has died since I've swum in the saltwater. It's still turning on, but the screen is not working anymore.

Have you had a problem like this? Is there a way to fix it?

First time I went for a swim in the pool, it worked fine, but today I went to the ocean and it died.

Not sure if there's hope, let me know your stories please.

Your best chance of getting this resolved is contacting Garmin Support directly. Garmin doesn't repair watches, but they might offer a warranty replacement, either new or refurbished, depending on where and when you bought it.

Same issue here!! Did you find anything? It was working fine until I went for a swim in the ocean.
