Some (revised) suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files on a Forerunner 35

• Sync your watch, backup the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder, then do a full master reset of your FR35 using these directions - Restoring All Default Settings
• Add a weekly cleanup procedure of the ACTIVITY folder to your agenda using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities to Free Up Space
• Please report back here when you encounter corrupted files again

• Zip the fit file which is located on the folder structure of your device. Connect your watch to your computer then look under the \GARMIN\ACTIVTY folder, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
• Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
