Hello, could someone please help me fix my corrupt file? I'm ready to get a new watch because all this one does it glitch. Thanks!

I Examined your File and Found 21 Manual Stops and 21 Manual Restarts During the Activity.

Try Using Auto Pause instead of Manual Stop Start before buying another Watch.
