Help with Corrupted FIT file please

I've been deleting the already synced files from my device to free up space, but I still get some corrupted files every few weeks. Can someone please help me with this one? Thanks.

Use the Computer to Delete All the Fit Files from the Watch /Garmin/Activity Folder only.

During the Run Don't Press Buttons Too Much, Use Auto Pause instead.
