Screen Freeze on incoming calls

Is there an answer to this as mine does the same. 

When did it Start doing This ?

I am getting the same issue each time I receive a call.  Screen freezes on the incoming call and have to reset all the time.  Frustrating.

Android or Apple ?

MIne is doing the same ever since I got the watch, AND the previous 35 did exactly the same?? Is there an fix for this??

How do I stop this from happening. If my Bluetooth is connected and a call comes in my phone freezes, continuously vibrates, until I manage to shut the whole thing down and reboot. VERY Frustrating.

I have had the same issue, I had an app on my phone called truecaller. Basically, the app identifies who is calling should you not know the number. This was the problem, Uninstalling this app solved the issue. Hope this helps.
