    hi,

    another one Smile

contact Garmin Support and tell them about your mishap

    • get a case number and report that number back here
    • you can help others with building a larger case this way

while waiting for the repair report back here : long list

    • the amount of FIT files in the ACTIVITY folder on your watch
      • (when folder contains many fit files time for a backup/clean operation)
    • the amount of FREE memory on your watch
      • (when low FREE memory, check above and below answer)
    • are you a MAC user
      • (empty BIN on device while connected)
    • was this activity with a long duration or distance compared to previous activities
      • ( long ones use more memory )
    • was this activty with a pause somewhere during the activity
    • was your watch on auto pause
    • was the watch connected to a phone during the activity
    • what was your procedure stopping the activity
      • did you stop and immediately pressed save
      • or did you stop, paused and then pressed save

    happy & safe sporting

  • Yes I'm a MAC user and have too many runs on my watch probably.

I have tried the fit file fixer and haven't been successful so I don't know what to do now.

  • Also there were several pauses as I figured out the trail system I was on!
