Hi All,
I am having a problem with my Garmin Forerunner 35 (bought new 17 months ago). It has suddenly stopped switching on properly - instead the Garmin logo appears for 5 seconds (as if loading) and then the pictured screen appears for up to 5 seconds, before switching off again. I can't get any further so the watch is un-useable.
I have obviously tried charging, and connecting to a computer, but the watch does not respond to this.
Has anyone seen this before or does anyone have any clues as to the problem?
I have tried searching for a Garmin Support phone number but cannot locate. Again if anyone can help with this it would be much appreciated.
Hoping it can be fixed as 17 months would be a very poor innings and I would be reluctant to go Garmin again if it proves to be fit for the bin already!
