corrupt fit file

I seem to have a corrupt fit file from this morning's run. If anyone has the means to repair it, any help would be much appreciated.

I just went to http://garmin.kiesewetter.nl/ and uploaded my corrupt FIT file with "Choose File." Then I clicked the "Convert to _autofix.fit file" and downloaded the resulting file. That worked today. Yesterday…

Never mind. I was able to do it here: http://garmin.kiesewetter.nl/ For some reason that was not working last night, but today it did.

That worked today. Yesterday it would not upload correctly. One thing I did differently this morning was that I also clicked "Convert to .csv file" before I clicked "Convert to _autofix.fit file," but I do not think that had anything to do with it working today.
