Move IQ forerunner 30 doesn't work anymore

I haven a forerunner 30.In the beginning Move IQ worked perfectly.Than there was a update on the watch and the Move IQ never worked again.

MoveIQ worked without starting a activity.

I already resset the watch but it didn't help. And waiting for a new update on the watch but there hasn't be one yet.Waiting since march 2019.

Is there a solution for this problem?
