Please help. I have recently upgraded my phone to a Samsung Galaxy S9.
Intensity, sleep, heart rate and steps are now not recording through to the app on my phone or on the PC. Although activities still seem to record.
The tiles for the above are missing from the app but I presume that is because it is not recording the data.
Can someone please advise on how to get the full functionality back on the phone app please.
