Export track from a Forerunner 35?

Is there any chance to export the tracsk from the Forerunner 35 or from Garmin Connect so I can use them in other apps?

On the Garmin Connect website open your activity, and there on the right click the small cog icon. There you'll find several export options.

Alternatively, you can connect your watch to a computer and download the fit file directly from the watch.
